Hukuk Dairesi\u2019nin 16.01.2013 tarihli karar\u0131: &#8220;Arsa pay\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 in\u015faat s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, \u00e7ift tipli karma bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme niteli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131r.
